Shipping:

I will send the items to you within 2 days if the receiving address is in the Great Vancouver, and send the mail box via Canada Post outside the Great Vancouver. If you wish another shipping methods, please call me or text me  at 001-778-885-5464 or WeChat ivy-luxury.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
